It just makes so much sense and it is free energy, like a dam on a river. Go for the 400h, you won't be disappointed. Where would the ICE powered vehicle store this energy? You would have to install batteries. How would the vehicle then use this energy? You could install motors to drive the vehicle. Then, you would have a "hybrid vehicle!"
