Can I Replace My Standard Tuner With A Nakamichi?

My 1999 has the usual LCD display problems. There's a Craigslist seller near me with a Nakamichi system from the same body style era GS as mine; can I pull out the standard cassette player/tuner/CD controller module from the center of the dash and replace it with the Nakamichi without any issues (i.e., leaving the standard speakers and amp)? will it connect right up with the existing components?
