Phone Speed Dial

Any help would be great!!

I'm just getting around to setting up my phone book and speed dial in my car. Howver, in my speed dial...I've come to a road block as there is a number programmed in (sure, it's a number I know, but don't need) that I am unable to delete. I've tried to delete all and reprogram my speed dial, but the number just sits there. In return, most speed dial numbers have a little indication of what the number goes to (work, mobile, home), but this indication is a box.

I'm not sure how to get rid of it and well, to be honest, after the whole navigation non-overriding disaster, I'd like to find something easy to fix in the car!!

So any help would be great! I just need to delete it, but can't get it to go. I've searched manuals and gone through the topics here, but didn't see anything.

If you're talking about the last phone number in the lower right-hand spot, it's the last number dialed and always shows up in there. I think they've reserved that spot for re-dial and you can't delete it.
