Location Of Fuel Filter '94 Gs300?

Hey guys.. did some searching.. have a friend that will help me replace my fuel filter.. can't find my manual... can anyone remind me real quick if it's under the frame or in the tank?

THERE IS A PLATE UNDERNEATH THE CAR DRIVERS SIDE REAR DOOR THAT COVERS THE FILTER. 5 OR 6 SCREWS THAT HOLD IT.
