im not sure if this will work on your LS, but this is how they do it on our 2004-2008 RX series. With the key in the ignition and in the completely off position, hold down the TRIP/ODO button (make sure its on ODO before the whole precedure). While holding down the button, turn the ignition to the ACC (the spot before the ignite part) and watch the little animation on the ODO screen. After the animation is done, then let go of the button and your set.

can anyone verify? if might help to have posted this in the LS subforum

Thanks it worked. My system is now reset.
