ZINFANDEL22
I have searched thinking this has been discussed but I found nothing so I thought I would ask. What are people doing in the winter months for tire choices please? I was thinking of buying a winter set of rims staying with 17" and perhaps going with 225/45's all the way around will this be ok or will I need to stay with the 245/ 45's on the rear? Any opinions on the best winter tires please do tell.. thanks for your time
stevendsnyder
I haven't done anything yet, but plan to buy a set of Bridgestone Blizzak WS-50's for my is350. I had them on my last car and the winter traction was excellent. They are not high performance tires by any means, but you can't do much high performance driving in the winter anyway. I would highly recommend the Blizzaks. They have some higher performance winter tires, but I have not tried them.
