Trac Light On, Pulled Codes, What Do They Mean?

I pulled the codes and got TRAC code 47 which states "when idle switch is on, sub-throttle position sensor is 1.45v or higher". The other code I pulled was code 51 which states "Problem in engine control system". Not sure what they mean..

Thats where I got the definition of each code, but still not sure what they mean as far as what is wrong with the car?
