Lancer Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Hello, I have an ES300 with 237,000 miles on it and it has a coolant leak on the Valve Cover right above the alternator. I have been driving like this for awhile and now the alternator is dead, probably because of the coolant seaping on it. My question is, how hard of a job is this and what exactly is this called? I want to say that it is a Intake Valve cover gasket. I just dont want to spend a lot of time and money on it. Can you give me some help?
