2006 Gs300 Awd Pricing Question

Hello-

I'm new here and looking for a slightly used 2006 GS300 AWD. I found one with approx. 16k miles. I was wonder what a fair price would be for this car. I believe it's fully loaded. The dealer is asking $39k. Before I begin negotiations, I'd like to know where the market is. Any help is greatly appricated.

Not sure if you're still looking. I'm seeing a lot of them for 31-33k.

Since you work for the Lex dealer, I'm look at a 06 gs300 with 60k on it(yeah I know). Kbb is coming back with 28132-32100 for Good to Excellent.

Any thoughts on pricing? I've attempted to offer 28 for the high mileage or should I go further down?
