Driver's Seat - 93 Ls400

Have a 93 LS400 with 84K miles, just bought last month. When stopping or starting up, or accelerating/braking, I can feel the right side of the driver seat bottom move back and forth slighty, and it makes a popping noise when it moves. Any ideas?

Hope this is not a repeat topic, I did a search, lot of seat threads, but nothing seems to cover this problem.

I would look at the mounting bolts that go into the floorboard, my van seat was loose and it did the same thing.
