Stereo Suggestions :d

As soon as I sell my entertainment center, the wife will sign the permissions slip for a new stereo in the car. I'm looking at crutchfield and they've got nice ones with nice warranties, and seems like all parts required to install, but they're usually like $30-$60 more expensive than Newegg. Anyways, I'm looking for suggestions for a stereo with:

*mp3, wma, etc playback capability

*wireless remote

*xm radio ready without the need for a stupid adapter kit for the tuner to work with the radio

*one of those displays that can show more than 2 8-character lines

*can control the 6disc cd changer

*under ~$300

Any suggestions on stereos or online shops will be super appreciated. :D
