What's Disabled On The 2007 Gs When The Car Is In Motion?

I am about 95% sure I will be getting a 2007 GS450h tomorrow. I've read as much as I can, but I'm still confused about what all is disabled in the car while it is in motion.

I went through the 10+ pages on the DVD-bypass thread, but that seems focused on bypassing the DVD movie lockout (which I have no interest in).

I know you can't input a destination into the Nav unit while in motion.

What bluetooth phone functions are disabled?

And assuming the much-maligned voice recognition system works, does that allow you do overcome the lockouts?

Finally, I know there's a bypass for the 06's (menu->volume->top left corner, bottmn left, top left bottom left -> hold down override), does that work for the '07's?
