What Do I Do At This Point With The Speaker Wires To The Cd Player. Pl

hey gus, Wow theres so much helpful things on here, but im still lost.

I have to rewire my 1992 es300 in order to get a cd palyer, since the amp by pass didnt work.

When if i ever do , get the wires ran how do i hook the speaker wires in to the cd player, where will my power and ground come from to go to the aftermarket cd player?

Any info or pics would be much appreciated.
