98 Lexus Es300 On/off No Audio On The Rightside Of The Speakers

I would like to thank you in advance for your help!

I have 98 ES300. Everything works fine except on and off no audio from the right side of the speakers. If I turn balance to right and cranck up the volume it picks up sound but goes off after sometime.

What could be the problem and what need to be done?

I called local Lexus dealer but did not want to diagnose over the phone.

sounds like a problem with the amp. Since it is getting a signal from the unit (occasional sound), it seems that it has problems outputting that signal from the amp to the speakers.

That is what I thought but is it loose connection of the wiring or something within the amp is causing the problem? Any idea?
