Need Help Finding The Iat On 2002 430

Title is pretty self-explanatory, I need help either by picture or web link or detailed description on where to find the Intake Air Temperature sensor. My father bought something that is supposedly a performance mod that connects to it...I dont know that I completely agree with it, but its his car and he wants to try it. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone can help me out.

It is part of the MAF sensor. These mods are usually not worth the trouble they can cause I.M.H.O.
