Need Help On Air Condition Don't Know If It's Normal

Okay I just got the car I read the owners manual and I still can't figure out if it's normal or there is something wrong everytime I set it on auto and put the temprature above 65 it starts blowing hot air for example I have it on 65 it blows cold air but when I put it on 66 it starts blowing hot air I am asuming something is wrong if anyone knows what would cause this please let me know thanks.

Have you got the heater and air con on at the same time ?

I did the same and it really does change from hot to ice in a few degrees

Yea I have the A/C on when I switch from 65 to 66 it does the same I don't know whats going on

Do you think its low on freon but that wouldn't matter if the a/c is off and outside is cold. I don't know
