Will These Fit? Need Help Asap

I have a chance to buy 2007 ES 350 OEM wheels. Will they fit my 1994 ES 300? Has any one tried this? I think the bolt pattern(new wheels) is 114.5 and the offset is ET45. I tried a search but I didn't find anything.

headhunter27, Try using a piece of cardboard as a stencil, to make a pattern of the bolt's alignment and match to see if it will fit.
