Accessing Hidden “service Menu” On New Nav Dvd

I just bought the latest Navigation DVD upgrade (November 2006) “PT219-GEN-04” “DATA Ver. 06.1” from Lexus, and now I can no longer access the hidden Service Menu like I could in the previous version.

On my previous NAV DVD, I accessed the Service Menu by going to the “Sound Menu”, then:

Press top left, bottom left, top left, bottom left…then the Service Menu popped up.

Has anyone figured out how to access the “Service Menu” on the newest NAV DVD’s?
