Need Your Inputs --- Noise While Turning

got my 02 gs300 just 3 days ago. everything runs good except there is a moaning sound from front end while turnning right and left. it seems more prounced at lower speed. the noise disappears on straight line.

i cannot see anything wrong with undercarriage. Car only has 43000 miles. Carfax shows no history of accident. It rides on 4 brand new tire from previous owner. the cars tacks pretty well on highway with steering wheel almost on center.

did anyone have similar experience? how did it get solved? i have searched this forum for similar issue, but couldn't find it. any opinion and suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I had same problem on 94 GS300. It turned out the power steering fluid was low. Filled up tub..noise disappeared.
