Trying To Finalize 03' Lx 470 Purchase

I've be the owner of several cars from the Mercedes stable, but I'm now in

the market for an SUV and the Lexus LX 470 caught my eye. Seems to have a great inetrior and plenty of toys for me Anyways I've notice that Edmunds has the car (LX 470) going for about $2000 below sticker...does that sound right? How realistic is that ? Or should I push for a price closer to invoice? I'm in the New York, L.I. area (the air is thick with RX 300's here).

Any feedback on the Navigation System and the Night Vision option, is it worth it?
