Better Microphone For 2006 Gx 470

I would like to have a better Microphone to pick up my voice when using the blue tooth in my 2006 GX 470. Has anyone found one?

None are available from the aftermarket sector. The amplifier and microphone are proprietery to Lexus. Modifying the equipment could potentially limit access to navigation functions. Please be sure to call Lexus @ 800 255 3987 and explain the issues you are experiencing. The more that understand... the better.

So what is the exact issue your are having? Do the people you call via the hands free system have a difficult time hearing you? Is there to much background noise? Let me know.....
