My grandmother has been (for the last 15 years) and will continue to use Gullo Toyota's service center. They are the best around there for toyota/lexus service. Not too expensive either, i think there labor rates are $60 a hour.

$60/h is the legit "fair" price for labor.

Too bad more & more places are going to $90.
