Phonebook Voice Recognition With Multiple Numbers

Most phonebook entries have multiple phone numbers for each person (home, work, mobile). After you push a phonebook entry to the IS350 nav system, how can you get different voice recognitions for each number (e.g., Jane Doe Home, Jane Doe Work)? It appears that only one of the numbers can be linked to voice recognition unless you create separate phone book entries for each phone number. Am I missing something?
