There are several things you can do. I use a "SuperTooth" portable bluetooth system that clips to the sunvisor, only drawback is that you have to press a button to pair the phone (as compared to automatic pairing with a built in system) and it has to be recharged. Holds a charge for 6 weeks or so though.

The other option is a fully installed Bluetooth kit. These kits will offer radio muting, and some will offer a screen, some offer GPS, really a lot of options.

Seach the web for "Bluetooth Car kit" and you'll find them.
