Wheels For 2000 Rx300

I want to buy a set of ADR Kasai wheels for my RX300. Here are the specs:

18x8

5x4.5 bolt patttern

38mm offset

I want to put 255/55/18 tires on them. Will this setup work with my RX300? If not, then what offset should I look for?

Well, for those of you with any interest, these wheels did work for me, but I had to go to 235/55/18 tires to clear the rear struts. I like em a lot.
