Anyone Replace Shifter Bushing?

I am getting a rattle on acceleration and it is just like the rattle that I eliminated from my Mercedes 300CE by replacing worn shifter bushings. The rattle is only under load, nothing if I just rev the engine in neutral.

Under the car, the forward bushing connection at the tranny still looks solid but the one back at the shifter, although intact, looks a little loose. It looks like plug and play. Anyone ever replace one of these?
