Knocking Noise When Turning Left Off The Start, Doesn't Sound Like

When I use firm pressure on the brakes I hear it and when I turn left and accelerating off the start. I ruled out the cv because it doesn't do it when turning at any other speed. Maybe the spring or strut?

Check the ball joints and Tie Rod Ends.

does it do it only under braking? if so, maybe your shims are missing or broken on your brake pads, resulting in direction slam.
