Front Seat Belts 94' Ls400

I need to replace the front seat belts on my 94 LS400. The belts will no longer retract when released. Anyone know the correct steps for this?.....any special tools required?

i would assume you need a new seat belt motor. the '94 should be similar to a '91 so on lexls.com a courtesy switch replacement tut. should help you see where the motor is. good luck!
