Lexusfreak Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 From Canadiandriver.com January 30, 2006 Lexus to recall 3,900 RX 330's in U.S. to replace seatbelt anchor Torrance, California – Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. will launch a voluntary special service campaign with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) involving approximately 3,900 early-2004 model year Lexus RX 330 vehicles in the U.S. In certain of these vehicles, there is a possibility that the anchor bolt for the rear, left-side passenger seatbelt does not have sufficient strength. Lexus has received one report of this condition. Lexus will mail notifications to owners, who can also call 1-800-255-3987. Dealers will replace the anchor bolt at no charge.
