Mr. B Posted July 23, 2003 Share Posted July 23, 2003 I just purchased a 94 sc400 and the stereo stopped working. When powered on, the station defaults to AM900 and I can't change it. When depressing the FM or CD buttons, nothing happens. I can't even change the AM station. The only thinh that will play is the tape deck. Can someone help? Mr. B Posted August 19, 2003 Author Share Posted August 19, 2003 Thanks for the response. I've found out what the problem was. The FM button was stuck. A lot of goop was packed in between the buttons. I cleaned around the buttons with a straight pin to remove the junk and everything works great now. Who would've guessed.
