sightalignment
To watch video DVD's on the IS350's do you have to have Mark Levinson? If you have only the navigation, can you still watch DVD's or is the DVD player a separate option? Also is there a way to disengage the completely stopped sensor to have the video still play while someone is driving? Thanks.

Scott M
has anyone figured out how to disengage the motion sensor or whatever is stopping me from watching DVD's while the car is moving Yes, but there is no "soft" hack. It requires the removal of the Navi and modification of the wiring harness. Search the forum, I've posted the steps in the past. Keep in mind that some people have had bad luck with this. Although it may be sloppy work which caused their issues, they have had symptoms like jumpy screens and inaccurate navigation since the hack was made. The posted steps will walk you through it and you can decide for yourself if it's worth the risk.
