Need Help Replacing Oxygen Sensor- 97 Es300

I need help replacing my oxygen sensor in my 97 Lexus ES300, its the 1st sensor, and I dont know where it is or how to change it, I can afford the part, but cant afford the labor!! I need step by step instructions, picture if available!! Please HELP ME

P0450 i think i dont have it with me, it says the upward sensor

I cant find the oxygen sensor so i can do it myself! Any help will be appreciated, I have a 97 es300, where is it located, any pics, i need step by step directions, please help!!
