youngcpa Posted December 1, 2005 Share Posted December 1, 2005 Recently bought a used 2002 RX300 from an individual-didn't notice until later that the driver's sun visor falls out when moved. The hinge and wiring harness have a notch on the end that looks like it "plugs" back into a receptor in the roof. The vanity light and garage door opener buttons don't work, since the wiring isn't connected. Is this something that can be fixed by a novice, or should a dealer fix it. Need instructions to repair the visor and electrical connections. The car is still under bumper to bumper warranty--would this be covered?
