Will A 97-99 Spoiler Fit On A 96 Sc300?

I found a guy selling a spoiler for $50 and I want to get it but I don't know how easy it will be to put on my 96 SC300.

There this one website www.spoilerdepot.com They say they have a 97-01 OEM wing that fits all 92-01 sc300/400s. I'm not sure if it's exactly the same bolt placements. If you can I'd go to the person and look at the spoiler and see where it bolts on and see if you can drill holes on your trunk.
