barty Posted August 14, 2005 Share Posted August 14, 2005 when I am preparing to shut my es 300 off, the shifting mechanism will sometimes refuse to go into "Park". Also, the ignition becomes difficult to turn completely to the off position. This happens about once a month and I've been able to cure the problem by driving around the block a couple of times...then it is as if the problem never occured, until the next time.
