98 Gs400 Squeaking Seat Question

Hello All,

I have a 98 GS400 and the drivers seat has started squeaking in the base (okay no jokes please, even though it will kill you not to! :rolleyes: ) when I am driving and my weight gets shifted around.

Has anyone else had or seen this problem?

Is there a simple fix for this? Do I have to take the seat out and if so how hard is it to do this?

Is it just the wire springs that need to be greased? Can it be done without taking the seat out?
