Lexusfreak Posted June 16, 2005 Share Posted June 16, 2005 The 18" tire size recommended for your 2000 RX is 255 55 18 so I don't know for sure if you can use the OE set up. In the 255 55 18 size, any odo & speedo changes should be kept to a minimum. ;) Have a look for yourself as to what is recommeded.
