Anyone Done Upper Control Arms?

Has anyone replace the upper control arms on a 90 400? I was told the are "marginal" by the dealer. Irontoad has them listed a $300 each and I've got a lot of tools. It looks as if the upper ball joints are manufactured into the arms. Thanks to no grease fittings they seem to be getting worn a little. I notice a very slight vibration between 80-85mph. I would appreciate any prior experiences. Thanks, Denny

I purchased used upper control arms on car-parts.com for $120 including shipping. never been happier.
