shortbear
Has anyone returned a leased Lexus back to the dealer? I was wondering how the experience was. Did they nickel and dime every single little scratch in the car? I leased an RX330 with Lexus and did not notice there was hail damage on the car until my friend pointed it out to me 2 months later. I did not inspect the car closely enough when I received the car to notice the micro dents from the hail damage. My salesperson pulled a fast one on me by not informing me of this. Will lexus try to charge me for this?
Unlisted
lexus is pretty good regarding damage. They do use an out company to do inspections now. This usually triggers some kind of bill. When you call Lexus regarding that bill they usually back off. Was this a new car? Call 1 800 25 Lexus and speak to a customer service rep and have them open a case for future reference. Check your original window sticker if you bought the car new. In the lower box where the MSRP is located will also list the dealer it was shipped to. Is the dealer in the same state? If its from a few states away , far enough where they wouldnt swap odds are they bought it at a auction with the hail damage and tried to repare
