Disable Headrest Auto-adjustment With Key?

I have a 2002 LS. I keep the headrest adjusted almost all the way down. Sopmetimes when I get into the car I find it's adjusted itself up much higher automatically. I assume this has to do with memory settings triggered by the key transmitter. How do I disable this?
