Upgrading Rims, Tires And Suspension

I have a 2000 gs 300 and wanted to upgrade the suspension and rims. Would i be able to buy 20 rims and lower the suspension by 2 inches? Or would i have to buy 19 rims to have that low effect? What kind of springs to buy? Also what kind of HID lights are good to buy for this car that does not look cheap looking when turned on at night. And can the 2004 tail lights fit on the 2000? Is there any aftermarket taillights or do i have to buy the factory ones?

Yes the 2004 tail lights will fit on the car and there are aftermarket one's. I have the same year and model. You can find them on ebay and lextasy.com. For the hid check out www.hidplanet.com. I can't help with the rims question, not very experienced in the area.
