Cd Changer For 96 Ls Needs Repair

The changer in my 96 LS recently stopped working. Got the dreaded "ERR 23". Based on other posts seems like the options are to replace or refurbish.

I'll try cleaning the lens but assume the laser and/or motor is gone at this point.

Can someone post the removal instructions for getting it out. I can't seem to find the bottom screws to remove the trim plate.

Also, is PIONEERSUBY still refurbishing these and if so, could you contact me to see about getting this repaired. Thanks!
