Flashjet
:( A pebble hit the hood while I was traveling at 75 mph resulting in a chip that is down to the primer. The size of the chip is small, about 7mm in diameter. But right in the middle of the hood. Is there any hope of dealing with this myself or does one just resign this type of problem to the body shop pros? I see all kinds of touch-up kits but I have yet to see one that looks good when they were tried. The brush touch-ups are a joke, at least the ones I have seen. They look aweful bad. So, fill me in on what to do to get a good looking hood again. Thanks, Flashjet
SW03ES
If its small I would buy touchup pen and use that, anything substantial I'd let a body shop handle though.
