Rattle Problem And Wax ?

I'm a new member and 1st time Lexus owner. I picked up my 2005 ES 330 2 weeks ago. Since the ride home I've had a rattle in the dash, middle/right. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this? Also, I had the dealer apply the "Environmental Protection" package (I'm in CT) and was told not to wax the car for 5 years as that is how long this guarentee is. Sounds strange to me but would appreciate any feedback! Thanks

Of course you should wax the car. dont listen to them. i dont get dealers sometimes.

The dealer protection system is a scam, wish you'd asked us about it first. All they do is apply a low grady polymer sealant, it'll be gone in 6 months at the very maximum. You could have gotten better protection yourself with a bottle of Klasse or Zaino.

Thanks folks. I should have known better than to listen to the dealer. I ordered a bottle of Klasse to try. From what I've been reading, that sould do the trick! ;)

Yeah, if Lexus didn't put it on the car, it doesn't need it ;)
