I have been installing stereos for a number of years, but have never been in a Lexus. My understanding is the stereo/wiring information is hard to come by. bbsal Posted June 25, 2003 Share Posted June 25, 2003 well if your trying to put a new head unit then you will need the wiring harness and also a kit.they sell most of it if not all on ebay.if you put a new head unit then you will have to replace all the speakers as well because everythings tuned to work together and once you take out one thing you will have to take it all out because the factory speakers are extremly low watt and cant handle the slightest increase in watts.front door is 6 1/2 inch and back rear is 6 by 9.you can also look at the faq and read what sk wrote about it also.
