mailrail Posted March 26, 2005 Share Posted March 26, 2005 My 2000 RX 300's security light (the red one to the left of the steering wheel) stays on constantly whether the system is set (with the doors locked) or not. It did this when I bought it last summer, so I removed the negative battery cable for about 15 minutes and it seemed to work normally after that. Now it's doing it again. Obviously, I know what to do to get it to work normally again but I'm curious if anyone has ever had this diagnosed at a dealer as to what is causing it to happen. ???
