LexInGSC Posted March 19, 2005 Posted March 19, 2005 I would like to use the power outlet contained in the console between the front seats of the ES300 to power my laptop. I want to confirm that the power delivered will be the same as that of the cigarette lighter which I use with my cell phone. I appreciate any information from those who have made use of the console outlet.
steviej Posted March 20, 2005 Posted March 20, 2005 It is the same just protected by a different fuse. Key must be in ACC or ON position for power. Just confirm this with your owner's manual. steviej
amf1932 Posted March 20, 2005 Posted March 20, 2005 As steviej said, that power outlet is the same voltage(12VDC) as the cigarette lighter. You can plug in your laptop without any problems. ;)
