kristiad Posted December 13, 2004 Share Posted December 13, 2004 I took my ES300 in 2 weeks ago for a "popping" sound I heard and felt when turning left. I was told today that the steering shaft has to be replaced and is on back order. This seems to indicate to me that I am not the only one with this problem. Car is a 2003. 22000 miles.
