Keyless Entry Lost Remote

When I purchased my '90 LS400 it only came with a valet key. I understand that I need to buy a new set of keys/remotes with a corresponding "chip". I've only seen keys on ebay and can't find a key/chip set anywhere but the dealer. Are there any other "oem" options other than the dealer or used part sources anyone's aware of?
