Having a difficult time finding trailer hitch supplies that can source a hitch for this model.  Is anyone having the same problem, or come up with a solution?

There are several that will fit.  I have installed one on my 2024 RX450h+ and my wife's 2024 NX450h+.  Each one takes a slightly different hitch but both were fairly easy to install by myself in my garage, using minimal tools.  For my RX, I opted for the Torklift X6062S, which is a bit more pricey than some others but, it is all stainless steel and painted black.  The receiver bolts on, up under the bumper and can be removed when not need, by removing one bolt. After removing the receiver, you cannot even tell that the car has a hitch.  It's truly a stealth hitch.

Stefano, hey it seems were neighbors as well as sharing the same test in vehicles. My wife and I live in Scripps Ranch right next door. Yep, I was surprised at the cost of the hitch when I checked with Forklift, but S/S is nice and a forever product. Considering we kept our ES350 for 18 years it makes sense to install a solid accessory. I'd be interested in know more details regarding the installation - are there predrilled holes in the frame where it attaches?  4, 6, or 8 bolts? I'm a little bit handy but don't want to get over my head.

There are four pre-threaded holes in the frame and the bolts are supplied by Torklift. It really is a nice hitch and, IMO, better than Curt or Draw-Tite.  Both of the latter are a single piece unit.  The Torklift is comprised of four separate pieces, which makes it a bit easier to install.  I put a Draw-Tite on my wife's NX and it was a bit more cumbersome during the install.  I have a small utility trailer that I use for picking up items, such as lumber and other clunky items.  I will be selling my 2016 Toyota Sequoia in the near future, hence the need for the hitches.
